Bono track with Swizz Beatz and Kanye West Leaks

The track that Bono recorded with Kanye West and Swizz Beatz has leaked via a post on YouTube, embedded below. While you listen, you can read a bit more about the track below:

The track first got mentioned in 2011, when Beatz told Paper magazine about the project, ““It’s me, Bono, and Kanye on this one song called Skyscrapers,” Beatz told Paper magazine about the project. “I recorded with Kanye in the studio and then I recorded with Bono in this actual studio right here.”

The song was originally intended for Beatz’ album Haute Living which was expected in 2011, but had been long delayed. His next album was Poison, released in 2018.

In 2012, Swizz Beatz previewed “Skydscrapers” via a webcam in the studio, but only a snippet of the song was heard. The full song has now leaked through unknown sources, and this appears to be the complete song. As it is a leak, we’re unsure how long the video will stay active.

At the time Swizz Beatz said that there was a music video planned for the song as well. The song was once again mentioned in 2018, as Beatz released his album Poison, saying that he had cut the song “Skyscrapers” from that release, and that he would save the song for the R&B album he had planned for release after Poison. At this time there is no release date for the next album from Swizz Beatz.
